At Appliances Americana, we are committed to offering fast, flexible, and reliable shipping options for our customers in the Orlando area. Please review the following details regarding our delivery and pickup services.
Shipping Options
We currently offer three main options for receiving your order:
Same-Day Delivery
Available for eligible orders placed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Saturday. Orders must be within our local delivery area and items must be in stock. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed for next-day delivery.
Next-Day Delivery
All orders placed after the same-day delivery cutoff or on Sundays will be scheduled for next-day delivery. You will be contacted to confirm timing and delivery details.
In-Store Pickup
Customers can choose to pick up their items directly from our store at:
5320 Silver Star Rd, Orlando, FL 32808
Pickup is available Monday through Saturday during regular business hours. We will notify you once your order is ready.
Delivery Area
We currently deliver to Orlando, Florida, and surrounding communities. If you are unsure whether your location qualifies for delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Delivery Fees

Same-Day Delivery: Fee based on location, calculated at checkout or provided by our team.

Next-Day Delivery: Fee based on delivery area.

In-Store Pickup: Free of charge.
Some products may be eligible for free delivery during promotional periods. These will be clearly indicated at checkout.

We aim to accommodate your preferred delivery time but availability may vary.
Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable during your scheduled delivery window, a redelivery fee may apply. Please let us know in advance if you need to reschedule.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect all items upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify the delivery team immediately or contact us at appliancesamericana@gmail.com within 24 hours.
