1. Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final.
Americana Appliances does not offer monetary refunds on any purchases. Once a transaction is completed, the customer agrees to accept the product as-is under the terms of our warranty coverage. We encourage all customers to inspect their items before completing the purchase or accepting delivery.

This no-refund policy is compliant with state and federal consumer protection laws as long as it is disclosed before the purchase is finalized, which is done here.

2. Warranty Coverage

We provide a 30-day limited warranty on used and new appliances, beginning on the delivery or pickup date shown on your receipt. The warranty covers:

  • Mechanical or operational failure of the appliance due to normal residential use

  • Repair services performed by Americana Appliances or an approved technician

  • Product replacement if the item cannot be repaired and an equivalent item is available

2.1 Extended Warranty

Americana Appliances is partnered with CPS Consumer Priority Service to offer our customers the option to purchase extended warranties that provide added protection and peace of mind.

Extended warranties are available for terms ranging from 1 to 4 years, at an affordable cost, and cover mechanical and electrical failures in accordance with the terms and conditions established by the service provider.

3. Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.)

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repairs

  • Damage caused by unstable household voltage, electrical surges, or lightning

  • Failures due to water damage, fire, natural disasters, or other external forces

  • Commercial use or usage inconsistent with the manufacturer’s instructions

⚠️ Important: If your home has unstable voltage or is affected by a power surge or storm, the warranty is considered void.

4. Service and Customer Responsibilities

Depending on the original delivery method:

  • If delivery was paid for, Americana Appliances will send a technician to the home to evaluate and perform warranty service.

  • If the product was picked up, the customer must return the product to our store at their own cost in order to access warranty service.

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and proper installation of appliances unless otherwise specified in the delivery agreement.

5. How to File a Warranty Claim

To initiate a claim:

  1. Email appliancesamericana@gmail.com

  2. Include:

    • Your full name and contact number

    • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

    • Photos or videos of the issue

    • A description of the problem

Warranty evaluations typically take 3–5 business days. If an exchange is required and the original model is unavailable, a comparable unit of equal value will be offered.

6. Your Legal Rights

This policy complies with consumer protection standards under U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines. It does not limit any rights you may have under applicable state laws, which may vary by jurisdiction.
